Job Opening: CNC Operator

Open CNC Operator postiion in Everett!!

Pay: $24 to $40/hr DOE

Shift: 

1st: 6am to 2:30pm

2nd: 2:20pm to 10:50pm

Weekend: 6am to 6:30pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Job Duties: 

• Set up and operate CNC lathes, including multi-axis machines
• Work with Fanuc controls and perform all machine-level edits
• Maintain efficient production while holding tight tolerances
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools
• Bore jaws on 3-jaw chucks (daily requirement)
• Perform deburring and basic toolmaking as required
• Read and interpret complex blueprints and GD&T
• Maintain tolerances as tight as ±0.0001
• Provide feedback to programmers on machining improvements
• Follow production schedules and supervisory direction
• Apply 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 5+ years of CNC lathe experience, including multi-axis work
• Strong knowledge of Fanuc controls and M & G codes
• Advanced blueprint reading (Level 3)
• GD&T proficiency (Level 3)
• Confident and experienced in boring jaws
• Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred
• Knowledge of Boeing BAC specifications
• Working knowledge of:
• Material properties
• Model-Based Definition (MBD)
• Plating tolerances (diameters and threads)
• Trigonometry and geometric calculations
• Excellent attention to detail and inspection skills
• Mentorship and teamwork capabilities
• Proficiency with micrometers, precision tools, and Microsoft Office
