The Maintenance supervisor is responsible for electrical and control work.

The incumbent must understand and safely troubleshoot PLC and HMI programs as needed in a fast paced production environment.

Experience in variable frequency drives, servo drives, AC/DC motors, proximity switches, photo eyes, weight controls/load cells, level controls, calibrations and vision systems are required.

The PLC Technician will have experience with Alan Bradley, Rockwell software, Studio 5000, RSLinx, Factory talk studio, etc., and must be able to safely perform both electrical and mechanical activities.

The incumbent will serve as the leader of the shift Maintenance team, and must be capable of supporting shift efficiency goals through direct leadership of the maintenance technicians.

Preferred Qualifications/Requirements:

• Previous continuous improvement/TPM experience
• Previous experience leading technicians
• Previous experience with IR cameras, and vibration sensors
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and Certified in Industrial Electronics or related field

• Select appropriate tooling, feeds, and speeds for materials and part geometry

• Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and program issues to minimize downtime and scrap

• Support rapid prototyping efforts, including collaboration on 3D printed components when applicable

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience machining aluminum, steel, and stainless steel

• Multi-axis machining experience

Job Responsibilities:

As a Production Associate, you may be responsible for tasks such as:

• Inspecting products for defects
• Moving materials to designated production or storage areas
• Handling and assembling plastic components
• Conducting visual quality checks
• Trimming, packaging, and labeling items

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in equipment or industrial maintenance
• Experience with vacuum systems or technical manufacturing environments preferred
• Technical trade school, military training, or associate degree a plus
• Experience in cleanroom or high precision manufacturing environments is a plus

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and control systems
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance systems
• Clear communication and team collaboration skills

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in tight spaces and at heights when required

• Ability to wear required PPE and work in cleanroom conditions

Blueprint Interpretation: Study and analyze blueprints, engineering drawings, and weld symbols to accurately plan layouts and dimensions.

Material Preparation: Measure, cut, and grind metal parts to exact project specifications using power saws, calipers, and angle grinders.

Component Alignment: Clamp, bolt, or tack-weld components together to ensure perfect alignment prior to final execution.

Welding Execution: Fuse metals in flat, vertical, or overhead positions using manual or semi-automatic welding machinery.

Quality Assurance: Inspect finished welds for defects, cracks, or warping while verifying adherence to strict tolerances.

Equipment Maintenance: Calibrate, clean, and perform routine maintenance on torches, power supplies, and auxiliary equipment.

Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to occupational safety standards by wearing mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE), including auto-darkening helmets and heat-resistant apparel
