ResourceMFG is now hiring a Machinist II in Ogden, UT!

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to independently set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC lathes and mills while producing high-quality precision components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay: $25-$32 DOE

Key Job Duties

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and multi-axis machines.
• Select, install, and verify tooling, fixtures, and machine offsets.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T.
• Perform first article and in-process inspections using precision measuring tools.
• Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and quality issues.
• Make program edits and machine adjustments to improve performance and quality.
• Verify parts meet dimensional and quality requirements.
• Calculate speeds, feeds, and machining parameters.
• Support continuous improvement, process optimization, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a safe, organized work area.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of CNC machining experience.
• Experience setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes.
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skills.
• Proficient with micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, indicators
• Ability to troubleshoot machining and quality issues
