Job Requirements

• Demonstrated Crane Operator experience
• Experience in industrial shipping, manufacturing, or heavy-equipment logistics
• Ability to prepare and package power-generation components, including electrical assemblies, control panels, and mechanical parts using proper materials
• Strong attention to detail when verifying part numbers, serial numbers, engineering revisions, and quality documentation
• Ability to process ERP or MRP transactions and maintain accurate inventory tracking and traceability
• Experience operating industrial material-handling equipment, including forklifts, overhead cranes, pallet jacks, and rigging tools
• Forklift certification required; overhead crane and rigging experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and safely work around large industrial equipment
• Basic computer skills for documentation and shipping software
