Job Description : Perform quality and compliance checks, including GMP audits and batch verificationVerify specifications, date codes, labels, and allergen declarationsComplete data entry and maintain accurate production recordsConduct product sampling, evaluations, and weekly quality checksMonitor production metrics such as meat percentage, downtime, and equipment sanitationVerify equipment accuracy (scales, thermometers) and process controls (temperature, fryer times, thawing)Perform metal detector checks and validate packaging quality and weightsConduct cook evaluations and collect samples for microbiological testingMonitor HACCP critical control pointsMaintain lab and production area cleanliness and perform 6S audits
Skills/Experience:Be reliable, show up on time, follow all safety and client guidelines, notify/report to leads for any out-of-specs finding, keep work area clean at all times. Basic communication in English, able to handle repetitious tasks, able to lift over 50lbs, able to work under temperature from -30F to 105F, where applicable, able to stand on feet for a duration of up to 13 hours, able to handle a moderate degree of physical activity including continuous standing for 10-13 hours, frequent walking,bending and reaching.
Perform quality checks, audits, and product evaluations; verify specifications and equipment accuracy; monitor production processes and HACCP compliance; maintain records; and ensure cleanliness and safety standards in the lab and production areas.
