Soldering Repair Technician – 2nd Shift Schedule: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday – Friday)
Location: Buford
Pay Rate: $18.00/ Per Hour

The ideal candidate: Has hands-on soldering experience, technical knowledge of electronic assemblies, and a strong commitment to quality. About Soldering in Assembly In electronics manufacturing, soldering is the process of joining electrical components to a circuit board by melting a filler metal (solder). This creates both a mechanical bond and an electrical connection that ensures the component functions reliably within the circuit. Manual soldering requires great precision, as components are often extremely small and densely packed on the board. Skilled soldering ensures connections meet IPC industry standards for durability and performance.

A Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) is a circuit board that has its electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, diodes, transistors, microchips, and connectors soldered and mounted in place. These components control the flow of electricity and signals across the device.
