Job Title: HR Coordinator (Hybrid)
Location: Hybrid – Maple Grove, MN / 3 Days Onsite
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Employment Type: Temporary, with potential for Temp-to-Hire (based on performance and budget)
Pay Rate: Up to $21.00/Hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to provide complex administrative and functional support within a fast-paced Human Resources environment. This role operates with limited supervision and requires strong independent judgment, organizational skills, and a high level of professionalism. The ideal candidate is excited about building a career in HR and thrives in a dynamic, high-volume setting.
Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support, including:

Coordinating meetings and appointments

Photocopying, typing, faxing, and preparing correspondence

Ordering and maintaining office supplies
-
Sorting and distributing mail
-
Arranging travel as needed
-

Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries that may be sensitive or of moderate importance

Respond to complex functional questions, conducting research and follow-up as needed

Act as a key functional resource within the department

Anticipate, organize, and coordinate projects and assignments to meet deadlines

Gather, organize, and prepare data to support current and upcoming projects

Exercise independent judgment while working within general guidelines

Draft, edit, and improve written communications such as letters, memos, and presentations

Handle confidential and proprietary information with discretion and professionalism

Provide guidance to peers regarding appropriate handling of sensitive information
Quality Systems Responsibilities

Build quality into all aspects of work

Maintain compliance with all applicable quality and documentation requirements
Qualifications
-
Minimum 2-year degree required
-
Prior administrative or clerical experience required

Strong attention to detail with the ability to think proactively and creatively

Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a high-volume environment

Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with managers, employees, and new hires

Agile, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset

Ability to travel to Arbor Lakes and Minnetonka locations as needed

Some prior HR experience preferred

Strong interest in pursuing a long-term career in Human Resources
