Overview

Employbridge is currently hiring Production Operators for a leading automotive manufacturing facility in Plymouth, MI. We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to support production operations across multiple shifts. This is a great opportunity to join a stable team with room for growth.

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment
• Inspect parts for quality and ensure compliance with standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production schedules
• Support team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Standing, bending, and repetitive motion throughout shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
