Responsibilities:

  • Operate laminating and mounting machines according to production schedules and job specifications.
  • Set up machines, materials, and finishes for each job, ensuring proper alignment, adhesive levels, and temperature settings.
  • Inspect finished products for quality assurance—checking adhesion, alignment, and surface quality.
  • Mount prints to a variety of substrates (foam board, PVC, acrylic, etc.) using manual or automatic mounting equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laminating and mounting area.
  • Track materials used, log production data, and report inventory shortages or machine issues promptly.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and report any mechanical problems to the supervisor or maintenance team.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality control standards.
  • Collaborate with production and finishing teams to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery.
