Requirements

• Proficient in reading blueprints and fitting components
• Experience with flat MIG wire welding
• Skilled in out-of-position dual-shield welding
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Follow all company and job-site safety policies
• Perform MIG and dual-shield welding operations
• Weld in multiple positions, including flat, vertical, and overhead
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure weld quality
• Grind and rework welds that do not meet quality standards
• Interpret prints, assembly drawings, and Bills of Materials
• Assist with material handling tasks (training provided)
• Operate hand torch and hand plasma torch equipment
• Cross-train and support additional departments when required
• Track job progress using a barcode scanning system
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
