Job Description:

Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to customer orders.

Verify the accuracy of outgoing shipments by checking items, quantities, and documentation.

Ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Inventory Management:

Assist with inventory control by updating inventory systems when orders are shipped.

Perform cycle counts and report discrepancies.

Maintain accurate records of all outgoing shipments, including tracking numbers and carrier details.

Prepare and file all shipping-related documents in compliance with company policies and regulations.

Ensure that all shipments comply with domestic and international shipping regulations, including customs documentation.

Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) during all shipping activities.

Equipment Operation:

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.

Requirements:

Prior 2 years experience in a shipping. 

Skills:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in using shipping software, inventory management systems, and MS Office.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 40pounds.

Extrusion Operator Job Responsibilities: 

• Select and install appropriate dies, screws, and tooling as specified by the job instructions. 
• Prepare, load, and operate feeders as specified in the job instructions including, preparation and mixing of raw materials. 
• Start-up, operate, and shut down extruders in a safe and efficient manner. 
• Collect/record data from the operation of extruders. 
• Operate downstream equipment, such as pelletizers and water baths
• Package finished goods and move via pallet jack/forklift 
• Maintain a clean work area. 
• Perform other company related tasks or duties as assigned by the Production

Extrusion Operator Job Requirements:

• Prior experience with manufacturing plastic extrusion is preferred
• Mechanical aptitude
• Follow detailed instructions and SOPs
• Ability to utilize hand tools
• Work independently and in a team environment
• Good work ethic

About the job:

The mixing operator is responsible for making batches of material in accordance with customer/employer specifications. Other tasks include: weighing material, cleaning mixing area, trouble shooting problems, moving material to work station via forklift, completing necessary paperwork, etc.

Shift Details:  2nd Monday – Friday 3:30pm-2:00am; 3rd Sunday-Friday 11:00pm-7:30am + Overtime as needed

Pay Details: $23.25 per hour – 2 hours of scheduled Overtime daily for 2nd.
