• Storing inbound raw material / work-in-process into proper storage locations
• Accurately pulling raw material / work-in-process and delivering to equipment as needed
• Creating shippers and loading trucks using the fork truck

Requirements:

?      Responsible for general incoming QC receiving inspection. Inspection can include dimensional, visual,and limited material inspections.

?      Sorting for stock parts for quality concerns based on customer need.

?      Investigates quality concerns as directed by the quality manager.

?      Uses computer system to check inventory, release parts, to move stock, and other quality functions.

?      Equipment maintenance and calibration.

?      Maintain quality documentation inside the Solid Works PDM software.

?      Keeps the QC lab and QC hold areas in neat orderly fashion.

?      Understands and implements company ISO policies.

?      Participates in ongoing training and development. Other duties as assigned.

?      Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one- year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

?      Experience with GD&T,inspection methods,CAD or quality control experience is highly preferred.
