REsourceMFG has a great opportunity for a Machine Operators within a Manufacturing company.

 

Pay: $18

Hours: 2:30PM – 11PM

Training (4) months in morning 6AM – 2:30PM

Monday to Friday

Reads, references and interprets written and verbal instructions; always following established standard procedures and certified processes.

Assist with training of operators and set-up personnel, as required.

Maintains established production levels and quality standards.

Recognize and report any irregularities as to defective parts, finishes, work techniques and/or quality of workmanship.

Maintain all necessary documentation in a clear and accurate manner, including paperwork and job reporting transactions as required.

Maintains necessary records; work is subject to audited inspections.

Handle parts according to established procedures.

Follow all prescribed safety rules and regulations.

Keeps work area clean and orderly including promptly reporting to Team Lead any oil/coolant leaks and/or spills

Performs related duties as assigned by leadership.

ResourceMFG has a great opportunity for 1st and 2nd shift Electronic Assemblers in Thousand Oaks, CA.

Pay: $19.00 – $20.00/ hour

  • 1st shift: 5:30AM – 2PM
  • 2nd shift: 2:30PM – 11PM
  • Monday to Friday
  • Temp to hire opportunity

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints (technical drawings) and written work instructions.

• Perform complex parts assembly operations using various tooling, fixtures and hand tools.

• Must have experience in mechanical assembly.

• Ensuring parts conform to Drawing Specifications.

• Participate 5s, LEAN Kaizen and problem-solving team activities.

• Must adhere to all the company’s safety requirements.

• Able to work overtime as needed including weekends.

 

Job Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 years Assembly experience in an Aerospace or Equivalent Manufacturing environment.
  • Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions in English.
  • Must be able to meet documented workmanship standards and pass company sponsored training and certification programs
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
  • ITAR required
  • Education: High School or GED/Equivalent
  •  Years of experience: 2-year minimum

Coordinates and conducts inventory, inspection, and reporting of returned product from the field to determine disposition while routing items to the appropriate locations.

• Able to perform all essential Return duties and responsibilities to standards which includes, but not limited to product inventory, processing returns
• Applies knowledge of Unique Device Identification (UDI) System.
• Communicates and assist with nonconforming material
• Monitors reporting of throughput status
• Entries documented and tracked in SAP.
• Contributes and assists with process improvement initiatives
• Assures areas of responsibility are kept in a clean, safe and orderly manner
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

 

 

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience similar field helpful.
• User of Microsoft Office applications
• Use of SAP preferred but not required
• Travel requirement up to 25%

• Adhere and support KLS Martin’s quality and safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to retrieve and interpret documentation.
• Able to work in a team setting and independently under minimum supervision
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels internally as well as externally.

Temp to hire opportunity with global medical manufacturing company!

Examine, inspect and inventory materials, finished parts and products for defects, wear and to ensure conformance with Inspection tasks, product descriptions and reference materials. Process and assemble material according to sales orders received.

• Assembles sets in accordance to the sales representatives request
• Generates sales orders from 1001 to fulfill orders when needed
• Responds to inquiries from SSD Admin and other in-house employees providing feedback via telephone, email or in person
• Contributes and assists with process improvement initiatives
• Assures SSD build work area is kept clean, safe and in an orderly manner
• Assures SSD build desk are locked and secured before leaving work for the day

 

 

Job Requirements:

• Two years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications
• Use of SAP preferred but not required
• Knowledge of the metric system
• Use of measurement equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent

Temp to hire opportunity with global medical manufacturing company!

The Associate Project Coordinator is actively engaged with the entire Engineering team to help coordinate and contribute to successful development activities. This position works closely with leadership personnel to allocate necessary resources to development projects that will improve the efficiency, quality, and scalability of our deliverables.

  • Assist IPS Engineering Division Managers in developing project plans.
  • Allocate available resources to projects based on resource skills.
  • Coordinate meetings for key project personnel.
  • Maintain visibility of project schedules and other key deadlines that are essential to keep projects on track, using Wrike and/or other software.
  • Provide follow-ups on projects to pertinent personnel and ensure on-time project execution.
  • Continuously maintain a focus on IPS development and make recommendations on ways to work more effectively as a team.
  • Give presentations and other updates to leadership personnel.
  • Assist in resolution of project roadblocks. 

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma with 5 years of project coordination experience or Associate’s degree with 3 years of project coordination experience.

• 3+ years of experience with project resource allocation

• 3+ years of proficient use of project management/coordination software (e.g. Wrike)

• Prior experience with technical applications of software

• Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

• Ability to help coordinate multiple schedules within and outside the division.

• Desire to constantly learn and take on new projects.

• Logical problem solver and strategic thinker who can operate effectively under pressure.

• Robust organizational and time man
