12-Hour Rotating Night Shift | Direct Hire or Temp-to-Hire

Location: Oakdale, MN Shift: 12-Hour Rotating Night Shift Hours: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Pay Rate: $28.00 – $42.00 per hour (based on experience) Shift Differential: $3.00/hour for nights included

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Press Operator – Flexographic Press to join a high-volume manufacturing operation supporting commercial print and packaging production. This role is available as either Direct Hire or Temp-to-Hire, depending on experience and business need.

This position operates on a rotating schedule, offering built-in overtime, predictable scheduling, and significant time off each month. Candidates with direct flexographic press experience will be eligible for higher pay rates.

Rotating Schedule

Week 1: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday Week 2: Saturday, Tuesday, Wednesday
