Administrative Staffing Assistant Job Duties:

• Greet applicants, employees, clients, and visitors professionally
• Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service
• Assist employees with onboarding, paperwork, and timekeeping questions
• Schedule interviews and support recruiting activities
• Maintain accurate employee records and branch documentation
• Provide administrative support to branch leadership

Requirements for Administrative Staffing Assistant:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1 year of experience working in an office environment performing Administrative, Customer Service, Human Resource Coordinator, or Staffing activities
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism and work in a fast-paced environment
