Job Opening: Packer

The Packer is responsible for efficiently packaging, weighing, and boxing dry pinto beans in a fast-paced production environment. This role ensures that all finished products meet strict quality, weight, and food safety standards before they are shipped to distribution centers or retail customers.

• Line Operation & Packaging: Set up, monitor, and operate bagging machines or manual filling stations to pack dry pinto beans into various sizes (e.g., 1lb bags, 10lb sacks, bulk totes).
• Quality Control & Inspection: Visually inspect beans on the line to remove debris, broken beans, or discolored product. Monitor seals, dates, and labels for accuracy and legibility.
