The contractor compliance tech will focus their daily work activities on maintaining documentation for the department, primarily related to processing tickets and SAP system. This position will work closely with the production supervisors, operators, quality control and innovation management to ensure complete and accurate documentation of production activities and to continuously improve the documentation in the department.

Pay: $19.00/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday, flexible start time, minimum 6 hours a day

30-40 hours a week

• Closure of production tickets and enter data into SAP system, ensuring proper documentation practices are followed, identifying/resolving/tracking of errors found in documentation
• Maintain process related logs and documentation such as equipment use logs.
• SAP support; provide trouble shooting assistance when SAP issues arise.
• Continually improve the ticket documentation in the department by providing solutions at the production supervisory and operator level
• Auto disposition of ISO and intermediate processes
• Utilize trackwise to verify no open deviations prior to batch approval

• Documents work according to standards
• Follows written and verbal direction
• Summarizes observations and activities both verbally and in writing when appropriate
• Keeps current on relevant policies and procedures and applies them to the job
• Demonstrates basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and working with fractions

ResourceMFG is recruiting for a Maintenance Technician to take on 11-month assignment with the possibility of being considered for permanent placement. This Job is with a client in the Manufacturing and Production industry and is located on the SE side of Tucson off of Valencia and Kolb.

Summary

The Facilities Technician is responsible for the preventative and corrective maintenance of the assigned facilities equipment and installations, including but not limited to: Air compressors, air conditioning units, swamp coolers, exhaust fans, fire suppression system, building and grounds, gates, alarm system, water heaters, space heaters, furniture, illumination system, etc. 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Frequent activities for this position include. – Daily walkthroughs by the building to verify everything is operating as expected. – Inspection and troubleshooting for; Compressed air system, A/C units, Restrooms issues, Emergency generator.
• Lock out Tag out – Conducts periodic inspections to ensure 5S’s and safety conditions are maintained in the building.
• Coordinates the activities of facilities contractors, ensuring safety compliance and issuing proper work permits, etc.
• Communicate with internal customers verbally and in writing and supports them on facilities needs they may have such as: furniture rearrangement, office relocation, equipment repairs, cleaning, board installation, etc.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and correct the issues, calling external contractors if needed. – Ensures building is always showable.
• Operates cardboard baler and compactor.
• Ensures compliance with all preventative maintenance program work orders, either performing the work or supervise external contractors doing it.
• Ensure critical equipment of the building is well maintained and ready to work; Emergency generator, Fire protection system, Etc.
• This position will work with vendors to obtain project quotations, bids, validate them, and revise the scope of work, timeline, etc. for all the needs involving facilities support to the building. 
• Responsible for the maintaining of spare part stock as needed for the critical equipment and reconciling invoices for proper shipments.
• Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Software) and MS Office
