ResourceMFG NOW hiring for Assemblers, in Crawfordsville, Indiana
Multiple Shifts
22.39-22.99/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembly: Assembling lighting fixtures, mounting electronic components, and installing them into larger casings.
- Wiring: Installing electric wiring and testing/troubleshooting equipment before it is returned to service.
- Tool Usage: Using hand and power tools such as drills, crimps, wire strippers, screws, bolts, rivets, and press fits.
- Process Adherence: Following safety, security, and quality guidelines to meet production standards.
- Team Collaboration: Working in a fast-paced environment with a team to achieve production goals
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to read and understand English, and ability to perform basic mathematics.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Experience: Previous experience in electronics or manufacturing is often preferred.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime as needed
