Job Responsibilities

• Assemble components and products according to work instructions and production requirements
• Ensure all parts meet quality standards and control plan specifications
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment
• Support continuous improvement and process optimization efforts
• Assist in training new team members on equipment and production processes
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks while meeting production goals
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production objectives

Education:

• High school or equivalent with two or more years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in low or high-volume production

Preferred Experience:

• Prior microscope and medical device assembly experience preferred.
• Understand and perform in-process inspection to assure workmanship and quality of in-process medical devices.

• Able to Use and log in Military time.
• Check-in drivers- check seals, farm samples, etc. 
• Go through manifest periodically and check accuracy.
• Gather information to properly update reports.
