We’re working with a top manufacturer in Fountain Inn, SC to find a Production Dicing Operator who’s detail-oriented, dependable, and ready to work in a clean, fast-paced environment. If you enjoy hands-on work, following process steps, and producing quality results, this is a great fit!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operate precision cutting equipment (Barker Dicing Machine)

• Unload, clean, and inspect blocks

• Use a microscope and toolmaker’s gauge for alignment and measurement

• Monitor for defects and log non-conforming materials

• Accurately fill out scrap trackers, router forms, and process documentation

• Perform basic machine adjustments and report any mechanical issues

• Work closely with support and production teams to meet daily goals

• Follow all safety and cleanroom protocols

What You’ll Need:

• High School diploma or Associate Degree

• 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment

• Basic math skills (decimals, fractions, negative numbers)

• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Strong communication skills (listening, following instructions, written documentation)

• Ability to work in close quarters and share equipment with others

• Team-oriented mindset and solid attention to detail

Schedule: Full-time | 1st Shift 

Pay: $17.97/ hr with merit increase after 90 days
