Location: Rogers, MN
Shift: 6:00AM – 2:30PM Full-Time | Overtime Available | 
Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour DOE

We are seeking a dependable Crating Clerk to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for building crates, packaging finished products for shipment, and ensuring materials are protected for safe transport to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with the Crating Foreman regarding daily priorities, production schedules, and shipping deadlines.
• Construct shipping crates using tools such as miter saws, drills, impact drivers, staplers, and other shop equipment.
• Package finished products to ensure damage-free transportation and delivery.
• Complete packing slips and shipping documentation accurately.
• Maintain quality standards throughout the crating and packaging process.
• Adapt to changing priorities and workload demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Flexible and adaptable in a changing production environment.
• Experience operating a miter saw, drill, cordless impact driver, and other common shop tools.
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
