Job Opening: 2nd/3rd Shift Machine/Facility Maintenance

Large manufacturing facility located in central Evansville has immediate openings for 2nd and 3rd shift maintenance techs. This is a TEMP TO HIRE position, with candidates going through a resume send and interview process before being hired on. Three years experience in maintenance is preferred, along with some experience in a manufacturing environment. Pay: $20.00-$35.00/hr. based on experience. At least some prior maintenance experience is required to be considered.

Shift:

• 2nd Shift: Mon-Fri, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: Sun-Thu, 11:00 PM-7:30 AM
• Overtime as needed

What You'll Do:

• Repair and maintain plant and production equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Perform preventive maintenance (TPM)
• Install, modify, and fabricate equipment
• Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout
• Support equipment uptime and production efficiency

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of maintenance experience
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to use electrical testing equipment (multimeters, circuit testers)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
