Job Opening: Warehouse Machine Operator

Job Summary

We are hiring a Machine Operator to join our team! This is a great opportunity for candidates with basic experience or a willingness to learn. You will be responsible for operating machinery, monitoring production, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Schedule: M-F 6a-2:30pm

Location: Lebanon, OH

Pay: $17.00/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery according to company procedures
• Load and unload materials into machines
• Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation
• Perform basic quality checks on finished products
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and work instructions
• Report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors

Qualifications

• Basic machine operating experience preferred, but not required
• Willingness to learn and be trained
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and work ethic
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively

Work Environment

• Fast-paced manufacturing or production setting
• Standing, lifting, and repetitive motion required
