Team Leader – Manufacturing (Evening Shift)
We are hiring a Team Leader to support manufacturing operations in Durham, NC. This role leads a team of operators while driving safety, quality, and productivity. Training will occur on Day Shift, with a permanent assignment on Evening Shift. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity with competitive pay based on experience.
Shift Details
Evening Shift – Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
Training on Day Shift – 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Pay

Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Understanding of production workflows and shop orders
- Computer proficiency and experience using ERP systems
- Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings
- Capable of leading and training a team
- Experience tracking schedules, labor hours, and quality data
Responsibilities
- Lead up to 15 operators and manage shop orders
- Monitor production schedules and report status
- Ensure safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Review routings, hours, and materials in ERP
- Execute ECOs and support quality improvements
