Position Title: Warehouse Associate – Dish Equipment Testing
Location: East-side El Paso, TX 
Pay Rate: $13.48 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday (10-hour shifts)

Available Shifts

• 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
• 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our team. In this role, employees will be responsible for testing, inspecting, and processing Dish satellite equipment to ensure all units meet quality standards before shipment or refurbishment. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and following established procedures with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Test Dish satellite receivers, boxes, and related electronic equipment.
• Inspect equipment for functionality and quality standards.
• Follow testing procedures and work instructions accurately.
• Identify and report defective or damaged equipment.
• Organize, scan, label, and prepare equipment for processing.
• Maintain accurate records of testing results.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Meet daily productivity and quality goals.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Job Requirements

Required Qualification

• Ability to pass a pre-employment assessment test.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn testing systems.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30-40 pounds as needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, production, electronics testing, or manufacturing experience.
• Experience using scanners, inventory systems, or quality control processes.
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
