Position Summary

The Production Technician is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations by performing a variety of production tasks in a safe and efficient manner. Forklift Driver needed for a Warehouse in Saint Paul, MN. 

1st shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm 

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr

Forklift Operator Duties:

• Drives a sit-down propane style forklift to move product
• Work with warehouse management system (WMS) to load trucks in a timely/accurately manner
• Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins
• Prepares orders for shipment
• Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments
• Examines outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet requirements
• Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages

Job Requirements:

• 3 years of previous sit-down propane forklift driving experience
• Railcar offloading – preferred
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to use basic hand tools
• Ability to complete basic mathematical calculations.  Including – percentages, ratios, add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measurement
• Able to handle a fast pace and sometimes hectic work environment
