Job Opening: Associate, Warehouse

Summary:
Warehouse Associate is responsible for, but not limited to, receive, process, transport, and store materials in a safe and efficient manner. Compliance with all Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), SOP’s, and Safety Procedures. Your primary activities will include but are not limited to:
• Performs all shipping and receiving functions designated for each area
• Document and maintain tracking records, maintenance logs and damage reports.
• Assists in inventory control and building maintenance, keep in good clean order, as necessary
• Promptly report material, process, and equipment concerns, questions, and/or problems for further direction
• Performs accurate manipulation & delivery of palletized goods and drums within safety guidelines and w/o damage to personnel, goods, facility or equipment
• Operates a forklift in compliance with safety guidelines
• Follows established department SOP’s, cGMP regulations, and batch record instructions
• Return items in its proper locations
• Participate in monthly SOP’s, Safety, and cGMP guidelines trainings
• Knowledgeable in ERP systems
• Greet and check in delivery trucks
• Receive and track shipments
• Embark merchandise in delivery trucks using appropriate tools
• Tag and label merchandise
• Label and stockpile merchandise accordingly
• Box, wrap and pack merchandise in accordance with relevant procedures and standards
• Prepare orders for shipment as requested
• Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items
• Performs other duties, job related or otherwise, as assigned You’ll need the following
(minimum qualifications):
• Valid Driver’s License
• Forklift Operation Certification (preferred)
• Prior experience as Warehouse Associate for 1-2 years
• Knowledgeable with inventory and logistics software programs
• Great physical stamina and manual dexterity
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Organizational and time-management skills • Problem solve
