Who we’re looking for 

A passionate, self-motivated, and highly organized Executive Assistant. 

 Primary responsibility of this role is to perform administrative duties supporting executive leadership.

What you’ll be doing  

  • Manage corporate leaders’ calendars and events  
  • General administrative/clerical duties as assigned  
  • Create and update weekly/monthly reports 
  • Manage visitor schedules and accommodations 
  • Organize and prioritize requests for time with Executives in alignment with Executive and organizational priorities 
  • Create documents and presentations for Executive meetings 
  • Schedule travel and support with expense reports for Executives 
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of projects and activities 
  • Support senior executives outside normal business hours as needed based on executive travel or workload demands 
  • Manage requests related to usage of office and facility resources; facilitate necessary approvals, provide directions and contacts.  

What you bring  

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business Administration, related field, or equivalent professional experience. 
  • Intermediate to Advanced skill in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel 
  • Advanced skill in Microsoft Outlook 
  • Experience in a fast paced role requiring multi-tasking and consistent follow up to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner 
  • Experience in a role utilizing organization skills (ability to prioritize multiple activities/tasks) 
  • Experience in a role with quickly changing responsibilities, tasks, assignments and the ability to manage a quick pace 
  • Experience supporting Executives in an administration role

The Customer Service Representative will provide the highest level of customer support via ownership of orders at the GSP Production & Service Center. This position will be required to process orders and coordinate with service technicians for servicing and shipment. Timely communication of estimates, order receipts, shipping dates, delays, or additional information to internal and external customers is critical. This position will be involved in outreach to customers during sales promotions. Other administrative duties include record keeping and sales reporting.

? Track all dispatches and order status to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

    Performs disassembly and rebuild of air ends, or sensitive rotating assemblies.
•    Reads and interprets engineering drawings, specifications, assembly instructions, bills of material, and quality control documents.  
•    Takes responsibility for quality and work content performed in the applicable operation by signing off on the appropriate documentation prior to indexing to the next step in process.

An established aerospace company is seeking a Final Inspector to join our team. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with experience in aircraft parts inspection and quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform and document in-process, first article, receiving, and final inspections on aircraft parts and processes.

  • Read and interpret planning documents, tool designs, blueprints, specifications, and quality inspection procedures to maintain accurate inspection records.

  • Calibrate inspection tools and equipment before use.

  • Collaborate with various departments to address quality-related issues.

  • Assist operators in understanding and interpreting quality specifications and procedures.

  • Initiate and prepare nonconformance reports and submit them to QA administrators.

  • Conduct internal audits as required.

  • Suggest and implement improvements for continuous enhancement of the quality management system.

  • Perform other assigned tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in aerospace inspection or quality control.

  • Strong understanding of blueprint reading and quality inspection procedures.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Perform a variety of analytical and physical tests, including but not limited to corrosion testing, paint adhesion, powder testing, plating adhesion, abrasion resistance, coating weight analysis, cleaner weight loss, intragranular attack & end-grain pitting, metal removal, hydrogen embrittlement tensile tests, impact testing, hydrogen pick-up, Atomic Absorption elemental analysis, potentiometric and acid-base titrations, gravimetric analysis, UV-Vis spectrophotometry, pH analysis, conductivity, and resistivity testing.

  • Generate detailed test reports outlining procedures and results of internally performed tests.

  • Complete clerical tasks, including filing lab orders, test certifications, chemical certificates of analysis, metal specimen certificates of analysis, and purchase orders.

  • Review testing records/logs for accuracy and ensure results meet shop control and specification limits.

  • Monitor tank temperature recording programs to maintain customer-required solution temperatures in process tanks.

  • Tag out process tanks when concentrations or temperatures are out of range.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Forklift operation experience.

  • Proficiency in Excel.

  • Chemical knowledge or chemistry-related experience preferred.

  • Ability to lift over 50 lbs.

  • Experience with laboratory equipment such as pH probes, temperature gauges, and hot plates.

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position operates within the scope of testing equipment and communicating with customers through acceptance testing and field service for oil and gas. The test supervisor will be overseeing the process of operating and testing fracking, coil tubing, and cementing equipment. This role will require the ability to operate and test Oil and Gas equipment as well. This role functions as part of the operations team. This position reports to the Production Manager

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

This position is responsible for all the following:

  • Work every scheduled workday including weekends and overtime as required.
  • Always understand and comply with all PPE requirements, work safely every day and encourage all team members to do the same.
  • Perform all tasks per established quality and efficiency standards.
  • Follow action and communication protocols for nonstandard deviation in processes or materials.
  • Review and approve time and attendance in a timely manner.
  • Manage and verify for completion of group and individual training.
  • Provide disciplinary actions as required.
  • Manage and verify build book and test documentation completion.
  • Work and plan daily with other department supervisors for an efficient transition of equipment from one department to the other.
  • Verify that all procedures that have been implemented are being complete in the time frame required.
  • Confirm that all equipment is complete and tested to the test plan.
  • Work with Electronics Specialist to keep testing running according to plan.
  • Communicate to engineering of any changes need to test document.
  • Plan and work to the test plan from Start-Up through Customer Acceptance Test.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

    WORK ENVIRONMENT:

    • The performance of this position will require exposure to areas which require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, hearing protection, steel toe shoes and other mandatory safety equipment.
    • For the most part, ambient temperatures with typical plant lighting and manufacturing equipment are present throughout the facility.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Sit or Stand as needed
  • Standing and walking primarily on a level surface for periodic periods throughout the day
  • Reaching, pushing, pulling or lifting as required within limits
