Job Duties:

• The Machine Operator is responsible for monitoring, maintaining and operating warehouse equipment
• They are also responsible for cleaning and quality-checking their machinery to ensure everything works as it should
• Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production
• Cycle Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)
• Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines

• Prioritizing his/her inspection workload to support the overall organization’s goals as well as reduce and identify potential risks of potential production stoppages.
• Work with manufacturing personnel to explain and resolve issues discovered to be nonconforming at the time of the inspection.

Responsible for operating and maintaining the Zeiss G2 CMM Machine with fluency in GD & T, Calypso, and Catia annotation.
