A sheet metal press brake operator is responsible for operating press brake machines to bend, shape, and form sheet metal according to specifications. Their duties typically include:

• Machine Setup: Configuring press brake machines, including selecting tools and dies, and calibrating settings.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Reading and understanding technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production.
• Operation Monitoring: Observing the bending process to ensure precision and quality.
• Quality Control: Inspecting finished products to verify they meet design requirements.
• Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.

Schedules:

• 1^st shift 7am-3pm
• 2^nd shift 3pm-11pm  
• 3^rd shift 11pm-7am
