Job summary:
Perform an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, managing, organizing, and retrieving stock in the warehouse.

The job duties include:
• Organize stockroom and inventory items for an efficient flow and easier location of parts.
• Communicate to supervisor on the material usage and cost as needed.
• Light computer work in regards of order processing.
• Training is available.

Qualification requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Dependable and Reliable.

Physical demands and abilities:
• Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
• Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-40lbs occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 30 lbs.

Well known university in Houston seeking Manual Machinist to support Research team.  You’ll be able to work year- round/40 hour work week and help prototype some amazing items.

Position requires:

• A manual machinist with 5+ years of experience.

• Basic shop math is required (right triangle).

We are currently seeking experienced Single Needle Sewers to join our production team. This position focuses on sewing drapes using industrial single needle machines and overlock machines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate industrial single needle sewing machines to assemble drapery panels

• Use overlock machines for edge finishing and reinforcement

• Maintain quality standards throughout the production process

• Follow project specifications and timelines

• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily goals

Pay Rate:
$18.50 per hour

Available Shifts:

• Early Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

• Late Shift: 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM

• Previous experience operating industrial sewing machines (single needle & overlock) required

• Experience with drapery or theatrical fabrics a plus
