Location: Bryon Center, MI

Shift: Monday – Friday 6a – 2:30p Overtime as needed

Pay Rate: $20.00 an hour

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating appointments, managing schedules, and ensuring efficient communication with customers. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The Scheduler will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and streamlining office operations.

Duties

• Coordinate and manage deliveries & pick ups
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to emails and making calls
• Analyze scheduling conflicts and propose solutions to optimize time management.
• Assist with paperwork & bill of ladings as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer service and support.
• Maintain an organized office environment updating customer information

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or office administration is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus
• Ability to analyze situations quickly and effectively resolve issues.
• Experience with client services or support roles is a plus.
