Order Picker: Pay rate: $16.50/ hour
Order Picker/Puller associate essential duties include but are not limited to:
- Pull, pick, and pack finished products for customer orders
- Direct support to shippers pull orders in detail to fill customer orders
- Scanning inventory for orders
- Boxing product
- Loading trucks
Production: Pay Rate $16.08/hour
Firearm Accessories Production essential duties include but are not limited to:
- Production with manual hand movements, small hand tools, and pneumatic tools
- Gripping, grasping, and twisting with repetitive movements
- Assemble and manufacture Firearm accessories based on schematics and training
- Packaging finished product after assembly

- Must be able to be on your feet for 8-10 hours

Job Description
This an opportunity for a motivated individual to play an integral role for the quality of material inputs and output of final product in a state of the art cement manufacturing facility. The Lab Technician reports to the Quality Control Supervisor. The job responsibilities and functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Ensure sample integrity and properly collect, identify, prepare and homogenize and store all samples
- Collect, record, store, analyze and distribute information concerning quality control results
- Communicate all appropriate results, information and problems to the appropriate supervisors, foremen and plant associates
- Monitor the quality of the quarried materials through the appropriate testing
- Control the quality of the raw mill production by performing the appropriate tests and making any necessary changes to maintain the posted targets
- Control the quality of the finish mill production by performing the appropriate tests and making any necessary changes to maintain the posted targets
- Control the quality of the kiln production by performing the appropriate testing
- Perform testing that will enhance the production rate or quality of all plant operations
- Learn the procedure for the making of glass pellets
- Insure all plant production meets the specifications of the company, the plant and the customer by performing appropriate testing
- Perform tests to resolve customer complaints and meet customer needs
- Assist in the development of new products
- Monitor all laboratory equipment and plant equipment for proper operation and report any deviations to the proper personnel
- Keep the department and associated equipment clean
- Perform tests to determine the quality of fuels
- Determine the quality of purchased materials by performing the appropriate tests
- Perform wet chemistry when required
- Perform all physical testing duties
- Perform production and inventory record keeping duties
- Participate in the plant microscopy program
- Complete assigned work and be in compliance with all federal, state and local regulatory requirements.
- Complete work in a safe manner and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 2 year degree in Chemistry or similar technical degree beneficial but not required.
- 2 years of lab experience in cement testing preferred Basic knowledge of lab equipment
- Must be capable of lifting a bag of cement from the floor to the workbench (Type I bag = 94 pounds)
- Must be able to work weekends and or Holidays for laboratory coverage
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills
- This is not a remote position. The ideal candidate lives within 15 minutes of Mitchell, IN.

SUMMARY:
The Puller/Packer is responsible for collecting parts in a specified quantity to fill customer orders and delivering order to the delivery platform in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security and productivity. The Puller/Packer is responsible for the completeness and accuracy of all orders filled.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collect parts for customer orders
- Pack orders to customer specifications
- Follow company processes and procedures
- Work closely with other pullers/packers to ensure orders are processed on time
- Notify needed personnel of shortages on individual orders
- Daily reports needed to perform job to the highest level of accuracy
- Record amounts of materials or items being pulled/packed via appropriate procedures
- Assist in counting of physical inventory
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain a safe work environment in accordance with established policies and practices.
- Will assist with loading trucks and packing orders as needed.
- Sweep, dust and mop.
- Organize work area for orderliness at all times.

Will require ability to climb ladders while retrieving inventory. Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work. May require lifting of up to 50 pounds.
