Assembler needed. Performs a wide variety of functions including but not limited to assembling, transporting and packing enclosures; adjusting for assembly of engines, components or enclosures; and any other work which must be assembled, tested or handled either inside or outside the immediate assembly area. Properly utilizes all fasteners, components, materials and accessories associated with enclosure package constructed (i.e. knows torque ratings, applications, etc of all accessories). Maintains hand tools required for D-class operations such as impact sockets, plumb bob, slide square, chalk line, breaker bar, weld helmet, vice grips, striker, and a complete set of wrenches and sockets. Makes appropriate use of aforementioned hand tools. Has basic reading ability, understand and work from blueprints, manuals, bills of material and verbal instructions. Safely and efficiently operates Pirranah machine; learns to operate saw machines. Able to perform basic assembly welding on items such as hold-down bars and simple frames. ResourceMFG is recruiting for a Material Handler/Forklift Operator for an 11-month assignment with the possibility of being considered for permanent placement. This job is with a client in the Manufacturing/Production industry and are located on the SE side of Tucson off of Kolb and Valencia.

Pay: $19.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday 6:30am-3:00pm

Collaborate with Pumps Department to manage efficient flow of all materials. • Load and unload trucks. • Move finished goods on the floor to maximize space and allow for 5S processes. • Supply production with parts in a timely manner to allow operational flow. • Follow an efficient shipping schedule as provided. • Coordinate with departments to ensure efficient movement of all materials and evaluate all materials sent to production department. Job Requirements • 3+ years of experience driving forklift standing and sitting • Knowledgeable in PeopleSoft or similar program • Cycle Count/Inventory Control • Knowledgeable in a handheld scanner
