Maintain tool condition and perform basic tool preventive maintenance. Assist as directed by Foreman. Die Setter as instructed will follow and enforce all company standards, policies, and instructions. When appropriate supervise shift personnel and help maintain the process parameters. Set and start-up machines as required and train directed.

Shift: 8:00am -4:00pm

Pay: Up to $24 per hour

The Foreman in tool changes will instruct the Die-Setter. Once information is received the diesetter will remove the finished tool from the press and set-in the new tool, water up and add all required auxiliary equipment per process set-up sheets. Duties

• Identify, prevent, and correct potential safety hazards. Always maintain a clean and safe work area. 
• Prepare materials for welding based on the QMS, specifications and engineered drawings.
• Utilize appropriate tools and measuring devices. 
• Perform welds using GMAW, FCAW, and GTAW following welding specifications. 
• Use chop saws, band saws, and oxy/fuel torches, hand tools, torches, arc welding equipment. 
• Achieve a pass rate of 98% or higher for all CJP and PJP welds. 
• Position structural components using chain rigging, overhead cranes, jib cranes, and other material handling equipment. 
• Inspect equipment and structural components 
• Other duties as required

Production Associate

-Rotary Thermal Forming (RTF) lines and / or Printers.
A successful candidate will ensure that operations are consistent with the requirements of the Quality System and internal and external customer specifications. Assist with material handling functions as needed.

Major Responsibilities:
