• Assist the operator to set-up laminator accurately in accordance with proper setup techniques.

• Inspect labels before run to ensure that label is to specification, particularly trim and registration.

• Maintain and keep orderly the label storage area. Provide inventories to sales management and accounting.

• Monitor corrugated sheet quality, including, but not limited to, loose liner, warp, and correct size.

Well known university in Houston seeking Manual Machinist to support Research team.  You’ll be able to work year- round/40 hour work week and help prototype some amazing items.

Position requires:

• A manual machinist with 5+ years of experience.
• This will be fabrication work, repairs and rebuilds.
• Knowledge of blueprints, schematics and drawing will be expected
• Basic shop math is required (right triangle).
• Machinist must have own machinist tools.
• AC shop environment
