Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Assembler/Machinist to play a key role in the production and assembly of roll forming machines. This hybrid role combines machining expertise with hands-on mechanical assembly, and will involve both precision machining and the ability to put together complex machinery based on engineering blueprints and specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with both CNC and manual machining, along with mechanical assembly skills, to ensure the machines are built to exacting standards and function perfectly for our clients in the residential sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Machining: Operate CNC and manual machines (mills, lathes, grinders, etc.) to produce high-precision parts for roll forming machines.
  • Assembly: Assemble co
  • mponents into complete roll forming machines, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. This includes mounting parts, aligning components, and ensuring proper integration.
  • Blueprint & Technical Drawing Interpretation: Read and interpret detailed technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate machining and assembly of parts.
  • Machine Setup & Calibration: Set up machines and tools, ensuring proper calibration for each project. Confirm that all components meet precise dimensional and functional specifications.
  • Fabrication & Welding (if applicable): Assist with light fabrication tasks and welding of components as needed, ensuring all materials are properly prepared and assembled.
  • Quality Control: Inspect finished parts and assembled machines using precision measuring instruments and gauges. Perform functional tests to ensure all systems (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic) work seamlessly.
  • Troubleshooting & Repairs: Identify issues during the assembly or machining process, troubleshoot problems, and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and best practices to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, quality control, and production teams to meet production goals and resolve issues quickly.

SUMMARY:

The Puller/Packer is responsible for collecting parts in a specified quantity to fill customer orders and delivering order to the delivery platform in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security and productivity. The Puller/Packer is responsible for the completeness and accuracy of all orders filled.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Collect parts for customer orders
  2. Pack orders to customer specifications
  3. Follow company processes and procedures
  4. Work closely with other pullers/packers to ensure orders are processed on time
  5. Notify needed personnel of shortages on individual orders
  6. Daily reports needed to perform job to the highest level of accuracy
  7. Record amounts of materials or items being pulled/packed via appropriate procedures
  8. Assist in counting of physical inventory

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Maintain a safe work environment in accordance with established policies and practices.
  2. Will assist with loading trucks and packing orders as needed.
  3. Sweep, dust and mop.
  4. Organize work area for orderliness at all times.
  5. Because of the changing nature of our business, this job description will inevitably change. The employee will, from time to time, be required to undertake other activities of a similar nature that fall within his/her capabilities as directed by management.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Assemble Electric Submersible Sensors and SPTX Surface Panels.
  • Review work orders and acquire the engineering drawings/schematics and parts needed for the assembly.
  • Perform electronic assembly, including wire striping, wiring, crimping and soldering.
  • Perform checks using multimeters, megohmmeters and other measuring devices.
  • Install various types of firmware and run diagnostics Good work history Manufacturing or operations experience preferred.

  • Regular contact with all levels of personnel throughout the organization
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures.
  • Recalling data and procedures on a daily basis, including taking notes, copying prints as needed.
  • To successfully perform the essential functions of the job, the employee must be able to read and understand written and oral instructions, safety documents, procedural manuals and engineering drawings.
  • Must be able to communicate with co-workers and supervisors in a courteous and professional manner.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Sitting or standing as needed.
  • Walking primarily on a level surface for periodic periods throughout the day.
  • Reaching, pushing, pulling, or lifting as required within limits set.

Calling ALL Electrical Assemblers!  ResourceMFG-Employbridge is NOW HIRING multiple candidates for GREAT clients in East Tulsa, West Tulsa and the Port of Catoosa!! 

Pay Ranges: $22-28/hour depending on experience

Shift: 7am-3:30pm, M-F OT may be required.

Job DUTIES include:

  • Assembly of electrical cables and subassemblies
  • Aid in the layout of standard and special electrical assemblies
  • Maintain parts stocked in Electrical Assembly area
  • Cleans and performs preventative maintenance on tools and equipment if required
  • Assists engineering with prototype assembly
  • Assists customer service with problems in the field
  • Ability to follow direction from lead shop technicians/engineers
  • Measure and adjust voltages to predefined levels to assess the operational correctness of equipment
  • Read and comprehend schematic drawings, schematics, blueprints, specifications
  • Refurbishment of wiring panels.
