Job Summary

We’re seeking a Production Technician 2 (Team Lead) to oversee daily production goals, ensure quality standards, and support efficient machine operations. The Production Technician 2 also performs duties of a Feeder/Strapper as needed and reports directly to the Production Supervisor.

• Conduct regular quality checks (QC) on finished products and address productivity or quality issues.

CNC Milling Machine Lead 

We are seeking a CNC Milling Machine Lead to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who wants to coach and develop other machinists while remaining hands-on as a working lead.

In this role, you will focus on determining work assignments, resolving issues for the team, training other machinists, providing leadership to less experienced machinists, managing maintenance requests, reporting safety incidents, overseeing production schedules, and machining high-quality parts on time. At times, you may perform setups, modify and create programs, and operate various types of CNC machines.

Journeyman Class A Maintenance Electrician

Position Summary:
We are currently hiring an experienced Journeyman Class A Maintenance Electrician to join our growing team in New Hope, MN. This role performs troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on a variety of production and packaging equipment.
