Order Picker Responsibilities:

• Use paper pick tickets to go to locations and aisles
• Pick individual plumbing product (50bls) and place on tall rolling cart
• Once ticket is fully picked, will bring products to packing table.
• Will do 10-20 pick tickets per day
• Will manually pick plumbing product (i.e. pipes, couplers, faucets, etc.)

Order Picker Qualifications:

Machine Operator

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our new production facility in Rogers, MN. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team supporting the production of Photovoltaic Modules. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of Stringer machines, troubleshooting equipment issues, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely handle cells and load them into stringer machines using proper techniques

• Start and stop automatic machine operations as needed

• Perform ribbon changes and scheduled cleanings (two-hour and daily) efficiently and correctly

• Monitor and track machine downtime, cell usage, and waste

• Review and interpret string EL images to make quick, accurate decisions

• Troubleshoot equipment issues using HMI diagnostics to minimize downtime

• Adjust parameters to ensure compliance with quality and production standards

• Collaborate with production team members to maintain a safe and effective work environment

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned work area

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)

• Technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues required

• Manufacturing experience preferred; on-the-job training provided if necessary

• Familiarity with HMI interfaces a strong asset

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Capable of maintaining production and quality standards in a fast-paced environment

• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for long periods of time

• Basic computer skills preferred

• Soldering experience a plus
