Production Shift Supervisor – 3rd Shift

Location: Port Huron, MI Hours: 6:30 p.m. – 5:00 a.m. (Monday night – Friday morning)

Pay Range: $28 – $34 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Production Shift Supervisor to oversee and support 3rd shift operations. This role is responsible for supervising employees, maintaining production schedules, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met. The ideal candidate will have hands-on injection molding experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to train and support a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support production team members on shift
• Oversee daily operations and ensure production runs to schedule and meets quality standards
• Perform mold changes and support machine/robot programming as needed
• Monitor and enforce company policies, safety practices, and housekeeping standards
• Compile reports on production and personnel activity
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations across shifts
• Provide coverage for other shift supervisors when required

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2–5 years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Hands-on injection molding experience, including molding machine and robot programming
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems (such as IQMS) preferred
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Flexibility to cover additional shifts as needed

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, and move about as needed throughout the shift
• Frequent movement on the manufacturing floor; ability to lift up to 25 lbs. using proper techniques
• Typical manufacturing environment with occasional exposure to noise, dust, odors, and fumes

Electronic Quality Assurance Technician

Foothill Ranch, CA 

Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm 

• Maintain effective communication with upper management, to achieve and maintain daily target limitations, capabilities, and overall performance levels. 
• Demonstrate leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Write, review, and validate quality assurance procedures, and product specifications to ensure compliance and overall product quality.
• Define, generate, and execute strategies, to ensure that daily goals are efficiently achieved.
• Liaison between multiple departments (manufacturing, engineering, warehouse, shipping and receiving) for daily operations and product output 
• Train and mentor new and current quality and manufacturing staff within a manufacturing line environment
• Perform analysis and investigation to determine the cause and corrective action of delivered non-conformances
• Conduct internal compliance audits for the Manufacturing and Quality departments.
• Provide Production Lines with Quality Material Board Review (MRB) support.

• Minimum of 2 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment with demonstrated leadership experience.
• Effective communication skills and technical writing skills
• Associates Degree (Metallurgical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Quality or Mechanical) or equivalent experience
• General understanding of Quality Assurance Systems and Applications, such as ISO 9001
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet customer delivery dates and willing to work overtime.
