Professional Qualifications

• Performs electromechanical assemblies in the form of sub-assemblies and final assembly product under a microscope.
• Assemble ultra-miniature assemblies or be fully proficient in a specific product line.
• Operates standard shop equipment including soldering iron, microscope, ultrasonic cleaner, and furnaces.
• Reworks malfunctioning units.
• Communicates with the calibration department to ensure accurate assembly and proper operation of the units.
• Conduct ongoing cross-training to increase skills and knowledge.    
• Solder miniature parts under a microscope for extended periods during the work shift.
• Flexible and capable of processing more complex assemblies with minimal oversight.

Job Summary:

The Forklift Driver is responsible for safely operating various types of forklifts to move, locate, stack, load, and unload materials or products within a warehouse, production, or distribution environment. This role supports shipping, receiving, inventory control, and general warehouse operations to ensure efficient and accurate handling of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts including sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, pallet jack, cherry picker, or clamp truck depending on task and load type.

• Safely load and unload trailers, containers, pallets, and storage racks.

• Transport materials throughout the facility as directed, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Pull orders for shipment or production based on pick lists or RF scanner instructions.

Job Duties:       Ensures motors and router are in agreement along with the motor tag part number/customer number being in agreement with Eaton work order • Makes certain that all uncoated surfaces are free from contamination i.e. rust and over spray on shaft, castle nut, bearing housings and pilot shaft • Inspects entire motor, no substrate shall be visually detected on painted surfaces, all paint shall be smooth and continuous in appearance • Checks all motor tags for damage and ensures no substrate can be seen around the perimeter of the tag • Applies rust preventative liberally to all unpainted surfaces • Follows directive of Quality Supervisor to pack out motors by using two hands and gently laying them into shipping box • Reports any non-conform parts to Quality Supervisor • Performs other duties as assigned by Quality Supervisor/Manager or Plant Manager
