Sew stripes and matches. Be able to attach components together when fabric pattern has lines (both vertical and horizontal).

Maintain consistent seam on straight lines, curves and corners. Our standard is a ½” seam but occasionally we adjust to 3/8” seam; The supervisor makes that determination;

Maintain consistent stitch count. The supervisor makes that determination but it is very important that the sewer is mindful of this and keeps it consistent when changing needles, thread, etc.

Top stitch and some double needle.   The double needle is not a must, but preferable.

Local major industrial compound manufacturing plant is looking for a day shift Drum Inspector to assist in daily operations. Located in central Evansville, this position is within walking distance of public transportation if needed. In the Drum Inspector role candidates would be responsible for inspecting 50 gallon drums being returned by local clients for any damage or issues that would render them unusable. The drum inspector is responsible for stacking and transporting the drums from the intake to storage for future use. The position is mostly forklift, but does require at least 25% of time to be spent on your feet inspecting drums and positioning them for transport. Candidates should expect to frequently lift up to 50 pounds. At least one year experience operating a forklift is required for this role, sit down preferred. Job description:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of inventory staff: receiving, storing, issuing, transferring and staging materials.

• Lead and execute periodic cycle counts and full physical inventories; reconcile actual counts vs system records and investigate discrepancies.

• Monitor inventory accuracy, stock levels (minimums/maximums), rotates, obsolete stock, and material usage; escalate issues as needed.

• Ensure inventory data integrity in the ERP/WMS system: item master data, bin locations, part numbers, status codes and adjustments.
