A typical panel takes 8 hours to build. The layout of each panel is shown on a set of electrical prints. Role Summary

The Training Support Coordinator (Temporary) bridges coverage for our Training Coordinator function. This role orchestrates onboarding, maintains training and certification records, supports SOP/JHA updates and retraining, and ensures training continuity across all three shifts so supervisors can focus on production priorities. The coordinator partners closely with Production, Safety, and Quality to keep employees current on procedures and maintain documentation accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboarding & Orientation: Schedule and conduct onboarding for new hourly employees (full-time and temporary), covering safety/PPE, quality standards, and core operating tasks; facilitate SOPs, work instructions, and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) training.
• Training Administration: Track training assignments, skill paths, certification sign-offs, and retraining; maintain organized training records and produce simple status reports by shift.
• SOP/JHA Change Management: Coordinate retraining when procedures change; help implement and communicate updates, partnering with supervisors and subject matter experts (SMEs).
• Training Planning: Prepare weekly training schedules, notify employees, and adjust for coverage across 1st/2nd/3rd shifts; provide hands-on floor support during sessions as needed.
• Safety & Continuous Improvement: Participate in Safety Committee activities; capture floor feedback and hazards; support CI tasks and refresh training materials based on improvement outcomes.
• Data & Site Support: Assist light office tasks tied to training and operations (
• Readiness Checks: Help SMEs develop “check for understanding” processes (quick quizzes, sign-off validations) to confirm training effectiveness before employees run production independently.

Minimum Qualifications

• Basic PC skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong organization and verbal/written communication; able to follow procedures and flag unsafe behavior.
• Flexibility to support all three shifts when training coverage is required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs; squat, sit, stand, walk, and reach as needed; comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment; works independently and in teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate/Bachelor’s in Industrial Technology, Education, or related field a plus).
• 1–3+ years supporting training in manufacturing (extrusion experience preferred).
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems and core distribution processes; experience coordinating cross-shift training.

MIG Welder duties include:

• Fit and weld sub assemblies to final product
• Perform flat and horizontal grove welds
• Read blue prints
• Accurately measure within specific tolerances
• Other duties as assigned 

Requirements:

• 3 years MIG welding
• Qualified to weld on steel and aluminum
• Experience reading specs, shop drawings schematics, and blue prints

Typical Duties- Operates equipment used to manufacture products from raw materials into finished goods.- Maintains inventory records of raw materials used in manufacturing and keeps accurate and up-to-date records and/or data sheets on materials in process.- Performs in-process tests to ensure production meets required specifications.- Recognizes equipment malfunctions and/or product deficiencies, and troubleshoots errors to achieve continuing optimum production levels.? Missouri City, TX Food Manufacturing, seeks to hire employee to maintain the high-quality standards of their product by inspecting products, monitoring production processes, and ensuring compliance with internal/external specifications. Adherence to good manufacturing practices (GMP), food safety, Safe Quality Food (SQF).

• Monitoring and programming critical control points (CCP)
• Ensure product food safety and quality
• Responsible for performing sanitation verification and allergen testing on equipment and other areas required.
