Job Description:

• Ensure paper or raw materials (inks, glues, etc.) are loaded into feeders, hoppers, bins, etc. to supply a constant flow of materials while the equipment is running.

Pay: $18.75hr

Job Responsibilities:

•Manually abrades surfaces of metal or hard composition objects to remove adhering scale, grease, tar, rust, and dirt, and to impart specified finish, while using sandblasting equipment

•Paint surfaces with coatings, paints, , using brushes, spray guns and rollers

•Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approved lead paint removal certification

•Operation and maintenance of sand blast equipment to achieve various anchor profiles

•Paint surfaces with coatings, paints, , using brushes, spray guns and rollers to the appropriate MIL-STD requirements

•Operate hand sanding machines

•Completing heavy body repair

•Frame machine operation

•Commercial/fleet painting

•Prepare sandblasting bays, chambers, portable units, booths or open areas and operating controls to blast a variety of metal and nonmetal surfaces

Qualifications:

•At least one (1) year of experience desired

•Understands and follows all relevant safety procedures

•Ability to follow instructions, ask questions for clarification and take direction from management

•Ability to assume responsibility for own actions follow through on commitments

•Ability to complete work on time and with strong performance

•Determine the nozzle openings needed for sandblasting various surfaces

*Identify key items that need to be “fixed”, update the information in the appropriate system in a timely matter that allows for corrected entries before summary submissions to US Customs are completed

*Collaborate with Mexico Import/Export Compliance team to update systems as needed for future entries to ensure appropriate classifications (“98”, USMCA, etc.)

Accounts Receivable

• Inputs incoming payments into Nexternal and QuickBooks, matching Payments to the appropriate Accounts Receivable Customer and Invoice(s).

• Makes collection calls and other communications on overdue accounts and coordinates collection accounts over 90 days with the Customer Care team for further assistance. 
• Documents all collection communications in Nexternal and QuickBooks clearly and accurately.
• Updates any credit hold information as needed and coordinate updates as needed. Send monthly AR statements to customers from QuickBooks.
• Research payments and shipment information for domestic, wholesale and international customers as requested.
• Notifies the Finance Management of wire transfers, checks, credit card payments, etc. as necessary. 
• Reconciles account issues as required. 
• Excellent follow-up and follow-through are required.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: 

• PC literate, general typing skills are required. QuickBooks Enterprise and bill.com experience desired.

• Install major equipment on compressor skid.
• Work with precise measuring instruments. (laser level and alignment tools)
• Proficient in assigned welding techniques. (MIG & Flux-Cored)
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Safely disassemble and prepare for shipping, natural gas compressor packages and associated components, following established procedures and safety guidelines.
