Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician responsible for installing and maintaining electrical systems and ensuring compliance with safety codes. This role involves wiring, conduit installation, panel mounting, labeling, and termination work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install electrical wiring systems for switchgears, UPS systems, panelboards, lighting, switches, outlets, and transformers.
• Install conduits, electrical wires, and cables, ensuring compliance with electrical codes.
• Set up ladder and basket cable trays.
• Install circuit breakers, electrical hardware, and connect wiring.
• Run power feeders to equipment and install branch circuits.
• Inspect electrical systems to ensure proper installation per regulations.
• Work with low voltage and control wiring.
• Terminate power feeders, branch circuits, and control wiring (compression lugs).
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and NEC codes.
• Proficiency in hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment (test meters).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a formal apprenticeship preferred.
• Electrician’s license preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and climb ladders for extended periods.
• Capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits and trays.

• Review testing logs for accuracy and compliance with shop control and specification limits.

• Monitor and maintain tank temperature records to ensure compliance with customer requirements.

• Performs manual and clerical duties related to the preparation and shipment of customer samples, components and finished products mailed primarily through Fed Ex, UPS, USPS or other similar carrier.

• Utilizes small hand tools and operate scales, metering machines, etc. and primarily use hand trucks to move materials around. 
• Typical shipping activities include: checking goods against shipping documents and authorizations, packing goods for shipment according to specifications, preparing bills of lading, posting weight and shipping charges and attach information and shipping instructions on to boxes.
• May occasionally perform activities related to the receiving materials such as unpacking of goods; checking against bills of lading, packing slips, etc., identification and quantity; maintaining records of goods received; rejects damaged, excess or misdirected goods, routes material to inspection, stores or other destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct dimensional inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM).

• Interpret and apply geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) principles in verifying part accuracy.

• Read and analyze engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation to ensure compliance with design specifications.

Qualifications:

ResourceMFG is now hiring Mold Cleaners for a client in the Macedonia area!

Pay rate: $21.00-$22.00+ depending on shift

Shifts available:

• 2nd Shift:  3pm- 11pm
• 3rd Shift: 11pm- 7am

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Mold audit and ensuring molds and presses are in working condition.
• Verify working electrical and plumbing connections, prior to mold operation, using process documents as a reference.
• Upon installation into the press, inspect condition of the mold and facilitate adjustments needed before running.
• Upon completion of installation, inspection, and hook up, immediately engage with press lead for process validation. Observe process validation and make mold adjustments with assistance of press leads as needed.
• Upon deinstallation, perform preventative maintenance on press before installation of next mold.
• Clean all necessary components that facility a clean mold for production operation.
