This position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, performing manual data entry, and supporting warehouse operations. Duties include tracking and verifying stock counts, assisting with cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, and completing clerical tasks related to inventory. Also responsible for providing shipping and receiving needs for the department and purchasing items for the maintenance department. This includes ordering stock and non-stock items, and processing routine forms, reports, and documents in accordance with policy. Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work 12-hour shifts.

CNC Estimator Job Duties 

• Estimate labor hours and material costs for manufacturing activities related to proposals and contracts.
• Apply knowledge of pricing methodologies and estimating tools to develop accurate and competitive cost projections.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Customer Program Managers to create detailed labor hour estimates.
• Work with vendors and the Purchasing Manager to develop consolidated, priced bills of material
• Compute cost factors and prepare estimates for use in planning, organizing, and scheduling work. Support bid preparation, vendor/subcontractor selection, and cost-effectiveness analysis. Responsibilities
• Analyze engineering drawings, specifications, and related documents to determine machining and manufacturing requirements.
• Develop time standards for CNC and manual machining processes, setups, and run times.
