T-Drill Operator

• Operate and maintain T-Drill tube forming machines to produce branch connections and fittings

Manual TIG Welder (Stainless Steel)

Perform TIG (GTAW) welding on stainless steel components ranging from 16-gauge to 1/4” thickness. Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment, including torches, gas flow, and filler materials. Grind, polish, and finish welds to meet sanitary and aesthetic standards. Fit, align, and tack components prior to final welds.

Interpret blueprints, schematics, and weld symbols to ensure accurate fabrication. Inspect welds, identify defects, and complete repairs as needed while maintaining high-quality standards with minimal supervision. Support team members, including mentoring less experienced welders.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and process standards, and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Ability to identify tubing and fittings per specifications and qualify per ASME Section IX requirements is preferred.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of TIG welding experience (stainless steel required)
• Strong knowledge of stainless welding techniques (e.g., back purging, heat control)
• Ability to read technical drawings and weld symbols
• Experience with various joint types (butt, lap, corner)
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination

Position Summary:

The incoming inspection team is responsible for verifying all material orders that are received through the facility to ensure proper counts, paperwork, description, material identification, measurement and verifying invoicing.

• Ability to process ERP or MRP transactions and maintain accurate inventory tracking and traceability
• Experience operating industrial material-handling equipment, including forklifts, overhead cranes, pallet jacks, and rigging tools
• Forklift certification required; overhead crane and rigging experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and safely work around large industrial equipment
• Basic computer skills for documentation and shipping software

Crane Operator

Hiring Immediately for assemblers in Monroe City, MO area!

1st shift – 5am – 3:30pm Monday through Thursday

2nd shift – 3:30pm – 2am Monday through Thursday

Weekend shift – 5am to 5:30pm Friday – Sunday

$18+ an hour based on experience and interview

Electrical and or mechanical assembly – wiring heating elements. Lays out diagram for electrical installations according to wiring specifications Drills and taps holes in specified locations for mounting control units. Attaches breakers, relays, connectors, bus bars, transformers, and insulators. Hydro test per specification .Paints product as necessary. Installs and wires Thermostats and other options. Fabricates bussing, and solders connections. Tests and adjusts electrical components. Discusses errors in diagrams or production order with supervision or engineering to clarify assembly problems. Reach Truck, Cherry Picker

• Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs to meet design intent, quality, and efficiency goals

• Set up CNC machines including tooling, fixtures, work offsets, and verification

• Interpret engineering drawings, models, GD&T, and specifications

• Perform first article inspections and in-process quality checks

• Select appropriate tooling, feeds, and speeds for materials and part geometry

• Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and program issues to minimize downtime and scrap

• Support rapid prototyping efforts, including collaboration on 3D printed components when applicable

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience machining aluminum, steel, and stainless steel

• Multi-axis machining experience

• Experience with 3D printing technologies (FDM, SLA, or similar) is a plus

• Experience in a regulated or quality-focused manufacturing environment

• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles

• Ability to provide design feedback to improve manufacturability

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school preferred

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience with programming responsibility

• Proficiency using Fusion 360 for CAD modeling and CAM toolpath generation

• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T

• Experience with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, indicators, height gauges)

• Solid understanding of machining principles, tooling, and materials

• Ability to independently program, set up, and run jobs from start to finish

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
