About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Associate to join our team at our Seymour, IN facility. This position is focused on operating spray dryer equipment and supporting various manufacturing processes in a dynamic production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate spray dryer and other manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
• Complete batch records and maintain accurate documentation
• Monitor production processes and ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
