This role is responsible for building, wiring, and assembling electrical components according to specifications, schematics, and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, route, and secure electrical wiring, cables, and harnesses according to blueprints, schematics, and work instructions

• Perform point-to-point wiring inside electrical panels, control cabinets, and enclosures

• Cut, strip, crimp, terminate, and label wires using hand tools and powered equipment

• Install electrical components such as terminal blocks, relays, breakers, switches, and connectors

• Read and interpret electrical diagrams, wiring schematics, and bills of material (BOMs)

• Perform continuity checks and basic electrical testing to verify proper connections

• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications

• Follow established safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and ESD guidelines

• Maintain clean and organized workstations in accordance with 5S standards

• Accurately document work performed, including production counts and quality checks

• Collaborate with team members, leads, and quality personnel to meet production goals

• Identify and report defects, material shortages, or process issues to leadership

The purpose of the Die Setter is to set sample and production tooling, auxiliary equipment and make work station ready to run. Maintain tool condition and perform basic tool preventive maintenance. Assist as directed by Foreman. Die Setter as instructed will follow and enforce all company standards, policies, and instructions. When appropriate supervise shift personnel and help maintain the process parameters. Set and start-up machines as required and train directed.

Shift: 8:00am -4:00pm

Pay: Up to $24 per hour

The Foreman in tool changes will instruct the Die-Setter. Once information is received the diesetter will remove the finished tool from the press and set-in the new tool, water up and add all required auxiliary equipment per process set-up sheets. Will oversee that the entire area is ready for production by coordinating with custodian and material handler. Write and update process set-up sheets. Will perform preventive maintenance as directed.

•Ensure all employees work safely and in accordance with company health and safety policies and procedures Manager

•Responsible for the coordination of shift start activities prior to start time (table requirements, paperwork, etc. Ensure appropriate tools and materials are available for completion of jobs

•Provide on-the-job training for any new work instructions when applicable•

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Knowledge of wire and filler materials applications for various steel alloys, aluminum, and exotic materials
• Working knowledge of fixturing and weld set up parameters (amps, volts, etc.)
• Convention and precision measuring instruments
• Process inspection, certification, and documentation
• Welding equipment maintenance and inspection
• Finish grinding applications using manual and power tools
• Safety and housekeeping
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

• Must pass weld test on Mig Welder & Flux-core welding
