• Timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, ensuring all necessary documentation and approvals are in place.
• Inputs invoice and payment information into the accounting system with high level of accuracy.

• Provides support during internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation is accurate and readily accessible.
• Participates in internal control testing; prepares relevant documentation and confirms approvals are in place.

• Perform preventive maintenance on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines by following diagrams, manuals, manufacturer instructions, and engineering specifications.

• Troubleshoot malfunctions by observing equipment in operation, listening for issues, and using precision measuring and testing instruments.

• Dismantle devices and remove defective parts using hoists, cranes, hand tools, and power tools; inspect parts for wear and damage.

• Determine dimensional changes in parts by using rulers, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.

• Adjust functional parts and control instruments using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, and straightedges.
