Inventory Technician – Day Shift

We are seeking a reliable Inventory Technician to support accurate material flow within a fast-paced facility in Durham. This Day Shift role offers steady Monday through Friday hours, competitive pay, and hands-on work using both sit-down and stand-up forklifts to keep operations running smoothly.

Schedule and Pay

• Day Shift – Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 4:30pm
• Pay rate – $20 per hour
• Location – Durham, NC

Job Requirements

• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials safely and efficiently
• Move materials to and from storage areas, production lines, and staging zones
• Store, organize, and label materials for efficient retrieval and to prevent damage or loss
• Track inventory using inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Document incoming and outgoing materials and verify delivery accuracy
• Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and assist with cycle counts and physical inventories
• Maintain accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies
• Follow all safety procedures when handling hazardous and non-hazardous materials
• Strong numeracy skills and familiarity with stock control processes
