As a Production Associate you will be at the end of the production line packaging empty plastic bottles (such as water bottles, milk jugs, etc.). You will be putting the empty plastic bottles into boxes, sealing the boxes with packing tape, and palletizing the boxes.
Awareness of GMP required. Hair net, safety glasses, no jewelry, nail polish etc.
In addition you may have to act as a Machine Assistant / Operator and assist the machine operator in his or her duties as needed

• Unpack, verify, and record incoming merchandise or material

As a sewing machine operator, you will have to sew, join, gather, hem, and reinforce materials using an industrial machine.

Hours: 8:15am-5:00pm

Pay $18.00 Hourly 

• 1 year experience using an industrial sewing machine.
• Know how to do a single stich sewing. 

Machine Operator Responsibilities: 

• Machine quality: Uses gauges, calibration and measuring tools and equipment to check dimensions.
• Checks accuracy of work against blueprints and specifications
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret analog, digital and Vernier gauges.
• Ensure conformance with applicable quality program standards on how to produce high-quality work with low rework and scrap. Sets-up computer-controlled machines

Reviews standard work, job procedures and specifications for a job; Calculates where to cut or bore; Modifies programs in response to problems; Uses/defines the proper tooling for the job

Packaging Associate Job Duties:

• Quickly and efficiently assemble components, which can include but not limited to capping bottles, repacking bottles and/or building kits of multiple components to ensure production levels are maintained.
• May work individually or as part of an assembly line to complete the process, in which case must communicate with other team members on the production line to ensure speed and accuracy to meet established metrics.
• Accurately record daily production with limited use of company ERP system.
• Inform supervisors of any part or equipment defects to ensure prompt response to the problem.
• Maintain an efficient and orderly production room while following all company and facility safety policies, procedures, and guidelines and immediately reporting potentially hazardous situations.
• Support branch metrics to drive customer satisfaction.
