Lead a maintenance team that is troubleshooting a variety of machinery such as mills, lathes, fiber optic and CO2 laser cutting machines, HE & M Saws, conveyors, material tower distribution systems, brake presses, turret punch machinery, Haeger PEM presses, drill presses, and heaters/chillers.

Direct Hire Opportunity – Be on our client’s payroll from Day 1!

Pay & Schedule:

  • Salary: $38- $45/hour
  • 1st shift: 6 am-2:30 pm; Monday-Friday with occasional overtime when requested
  • Benefits: Medical, vision, dental, 401K (with employer match up to 4%, fully vested after 7 years), and PTO (1.6 hours of vacation earned every 40 hours, 7 paid holidays)

Job Duties of the Lead Maintenance Mechanic:

  • Manage 3-4 Maintenance Mechanics, and enforce company policies, rules, and expectations regarding employee behavior and performance
  • Motivate the maintenance team with your leadership style and delegate tasks efficiently
  • Keep accurate records of employee issues, performance problems, and policy violations
  • Diagnose problems with machinery/equipment that is hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical
  • Troubleshoot and repair various types of CNC machinery and equipment, including mills, fiber optic & Co2 laser cutting machines, material tower distribution systems, turret punch machinery, brake press, heater/chillers, HEM saws, Haeger PEM presses, drill presses, and more.
  • Work with standard, all phase industrial electrical motors 110/220/480 volts
  • Communicate with various venders, machine representatives or outside subcontractors who repair repair specialized equipment and systems 

 

 

Job Requirements:

Job Requirements of the Lead Maintenance Mechanic:

  • Have 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, in a manufacturing environment
  • Must have previous supervisory or managerial experience
  • Troubleshoot pneumatics, hydraulics, and shield gas systems of all different types
  • Possess conflict resolution skills to handle any disagreements or problems between staff members
  • Have your own tools with a tool box
  • Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word is required
  • Experience with MIG, stick, oxyacetylene torch, and plasma cutting processes (Preferred)

Documents the interaction in the appropriate computer application to help drive continuous improvements in process and product quality.
  • Responds to inquiries, resolves routine issues (referring more difficult problems upward, if necessary), and educates and acts as a resource on company products via phone, email and other methods as appropriate. Documents inquires, issues and resolutions, and education provided as required.
  • Provides pre-sale support to consumers and retail channel partners in the form of product selection based upon the application and desired features, installation and rigging, promotions, product availability, pricing, and where to purchase. Documents the interaction in the appropriate computer application to help drive continuous improvements in process and product quality.
  • Executes routine reports and independently creates reports to support department activities. Demonstrates proficiency in supporting the minimum amount of product families as identified by each Johnson Outdoors brand. Maintains and monitors personal performance metrics to ensure department KPI’s (key performance indicators). Strives for continuous improvement.
  • Issues return and repair authorizations as necessary.

Pay: $17 an hour DOE

Shift: 6am-4:30pm

Job Description:

  • Set up and operate thermoforming machines and troubleshooting problem areas.
  • Operating shear to cut plastic. Form and inspect parts per customer specifications.
  • Ability to operate all thermoforming machines.
  • Able to follow Work Order instructions to complete parts with minimal assistance.
  • Able to operate all machines.
  • Able to write new programs for simple parts.

  

Job Requirements:

  • Strong attendance is a MUST.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Able to move items weighing 50lbs. without assistance on a routine basis.
  • Able to work in a non-climate controlled environment.

Job Duties for Mig Welder:

  • Positions parts in jigs or fixtures
  • Examines weld for bead size, breaks, and repairs broken/cracked metal parts
  • Grinds off excess weld, slag, or splatter
  • Use of various tools such as, grinder, torch, and other tools in welding

Job Qualifications for Mig Welder:

  • Mig/Tig Welding experience No certificate require
  • Must successfully complete Mig weld test
  • Understand work instructions, blueprints, and various gauges
  • Ability to understand work instructions and basic drawings
  • Effectively communicate issues with management

We are looking for eager individuals who have experience in CNC and different types of machinery to make automotive parts.

Shift: 7a-330p

Pay: starting at $20/hr pay increases based upon experience

Qualifications & Requirements Previous working experience as a Machinist for 2 years Hands on experience with different manual, semi-automated or automated tools and machines (lathes, grinders etc.) In depth knowledge of the properties of metal and other material Ability to read blueprints, schematics and manuals Strong organizational and prioritization skills Attention to detail Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy items

Job Description: Review samples, drawings or instructions to understand specifications of output Plan the sequence of necessary actions for the completion of a job Take measurements and mark material for cutting or shaping Select appropriate machines (e.g. lathes) and position or load material for a job Comply with safety rules and regulations during course of duties Monitor machine while working to adjust the feed, maintain temperature and identify issues Check output to ensure consistency with specifications and discard defects Keep records of approved and defective units or final products Independently perform basic maintenance on equipment Comply with engine manuals, technical data and work instructions for all machining operation
