Load part(s) into parts feeder or loading chute; cycle machine or engage automatic feed. Verify dimensions of ground workpiece(s) for conformance to specification using preset gauges; make adjustments to correct variances.
Visually or through the use of a microscope, inspect condition of surface finish on part(s).
May replace worn grinding wheels using wrenches and activate preset dressing devices to dress wheels to achieve required finish.

Select Staffing has a great opportunity for a Maintenance Mechanic within manufacturing company in Simi Valley, CA.
- Pay: $27.60 – 28.80/ hour – DOE
- Hours: 11AM – 9PM
- Overtime and Saturdays are required
- Monday to Friday
JOB SUMMARY:
Performs various skilled and semi-skilled tasks in the repair and maintenance of machinery, buildings, and equipment. Under some guidance, determines work methods and procedures. Receives assignments orally or through written instructions, which may be accompanied by sketches or diagrams.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Performs maintenance duties, grounds and building maintenance and repair work.
- Assists with the installation of electrical conduit, wiring, switching devices, controls, outlets, fixtures, motors, and other such equipment.
- Assists with the testing and maintenance of equipment using instruments such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, pyrometers, and pressure gauges.
- Performs skilled maintenance activities including construction, welding, brazing, soldering, and plumbing.
- Utilizes a wide variety of hand and portable power tools.
- Checks and repairs pumps, fans, valves, and motors.
- Conducts preventative maintenance inspections and performs required preventative maintenance actions such as lubrication, cleaning, filter change and the like.
- Assists in the movement of furniture, materials and equipment as required.
- Reports needs for major repairs to Production Manager.
- Responsible for the security of the building under the supervision of the Safety Manager.
- Prepares accurate records for preventative maintenance.
- Assists with the troubleshooting of equipment at the component level.

Employbridge is currently seeking Warehouse Assembler Candidates to work at a company ranked #1 as the world’s most sustainable companies. The position is in Oxford, Ohio with a payrate starting at $18.50/hour
Shift Details
- 1st Shift: 6am-430pm Monday-Thursday $18.50/hour
Ideal candidates will have:
- Possess high school diploma or equivalent.
- Are self-motivated and self-directed with sense of urgency.
- Have a solid work ethic – honors responsibility and commitment.
- Possess excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Possess proven ability to achieve results.
Warehouse Assembler responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Sets-up and operates equipment, including tooling and controls.
- Makes necessary gauge adjustments and settings.
- Selects proper raw stocks and checks against blueprint specifications.
- Segregates, sorts, and disposes of scrap and writes scrap tickets.
- Counts, reports and records production.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good attendance
- Able to understand schematics and other technical documents.
- Must be able to handle physically demanding tasks.
